ARRIVAL
Out of respect for all clients we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your appointment.
Treatment time may be reduced if you are late.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments and those not cancelled in advance.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% is required on booking for all appointments over 1 and a half hours in length.
This is non-refundable if less than three days’ notice is given to cancel.
CONSULTATIONS
We offer FREE confidential advice and consultations on all our treatments.
GIFT VOUCHERS
We can provide gift vouchers in most denominations and for any treatment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (or from Christmas Day if the voucher is to be a Christmas present). Vouchers can also be arranged over the phone with a debit or credit card, and will be posted by Royal Mail First Class for free.
MAKE UP DAYS
We regularly host Mii make-up days, where a Mii make-up artist comes into the salon.
We ask for a £20 deposit, which is refundable if you purchase two or more products.
BOOKINGS
Please be aware we are exceptionally busy and cannot stress enough that you need to book in advance for lengthy appointments to avoid disappointment.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Our packages are the ultimate relaxing experience. If you wish to book for six or more people, we can arrange the ultimate experience tailored to your requirements, ideal for hen parties, birthdays etc…
